Meat Eating

There is no doubt the human body was designed to eat meats.  It is important to understand the rules of eating meats.  i will also discuss reasons for eating meat aswell as sticking to a herbivoursous diet for a time.

Lets start with some common sense.  It is safe to look at nature to find many answers.  By doing so we can look at the animal kingdom and we can see which animals are carnivours and which are herbivours simply by evlauating their teeth.  It is even possible to evaluate how much of their diet is meat by counting the number of ripping and tearing teeth related to mashing and grinding teeth.  By using this marker we can asume our human diet should be about 10-20% meat.
