Minerals - what makes them real
The body is specifically built from Minerals. The #1 best selling book in the world tells us that ‘man was created from the dust of the earth” Many of us have read this but let it sink in. What is dust? Dust particles are very tiny you can not see them with the naked eye. Dirt is considered larger and can be caught in your hand. So why did the author say dust? This a clue to understanding the body. Minerals are the great Nutrients. What if a single piece of dust is missing? Where did it go and why? What is the design to put it back?
Consider this… When a body is cremated what is left? Ashes or really dust are left. Specifically about 4 pounds every time. How can that be? Could you scoop up 4 pounds of dust in your hands? Possibly. Does this make a little more sense?
Now consider this point: Dust vs. Dirt. If we were made from the dirt of the earth couldn’t we just eat the mud or dirt from the bottoms of our feet? Or maybe even just absorb it from our feet… that would be a lot easier than eating. But the design was for us to eat foods and get everything we needed from the foods we eat. So we need to consider what food is for our body.
Our design to gain Minerals
Plants all have several things in common. They all grow in the dirt and convert sunlight into other forms of energy. Through the use of water, sunlight and nutrition the plant builds vitamins and amino acids and many other forms of nutrients designed for our body. We all know what sunlight and water is, so what are nutrients for plants? The single word answer is minerals, many farmers will say fertilizer but N P and K which are the standard fertilizers of the day stand for Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. Here is where farmers have run into some problems. They have fertilized with N P and K for many years and are now realizing there are really more nutrients necessary for production and health of a plant and even animals. The real problem is our foods do not contain the other minerals to balance the ones
what minerals the plant actually use. The plant absorbs minerals or fertilizer through its roots being carried up through the xylem and phloem to various parts of the plant. A plant only picks up particles that are naturally ionized in the soil. These are minerals that have a single charge which makes them stick to the root hair. This is what makes clay difficult to grow plants in by the way; the ionized minerals stick to the clay rendering them almost impossible for a plant to use. It just so happens that a minerals will become naturally ionized over time by way of microbes in the soil digesting them over and over to make them tinny like dust. This is Naturally Ionized, they just so happen to be about 1-4 Angstrom in size which is tinny.
10,000 Angstroms (dust) = 1 Micron (dirt)
When we eat a plant the same minerals that were taken up by the plant to build the plant are now chewed up and go through digestion in our body. Plants give us an enormous amount of nutrition, from minerals to vitamins to a huge list of other compounds our body will break down and reuse. But the key is we break them down to reuse them. This is why supplements are not nearly as beneficial as a healthy nutritious diet of Whole Grains, Raw Fruits, Vegetables and Nuts. However today our soils are depleted of many of the trace minerals. This leads to much of the disease issues in plants and hence in our bodies as well.
The one Great Nutrient is Minerals! Our body will use a vitamin or amino acid or other compound broken down to do many jobs but the mineral is the backup. This means our body can store the mineral in various parts of the body and if we are not eating enough other nutrients our design is to turn to the mineral. The problem is today many people are living in a state of constant negative nutrition input. In short our body is required to constantly pull nutrition out of itself to perform normal functions. We must put back into the body what is used daily! This was our design.
In fact the ‘living’ part of plants that is termed ‘organic’ is this size of Naturally Ionized Minerals. The mineral part is found in every form of nutrition I have researched. Chlorophyll has a magnesium, B12 has Cobalt and so on.
Do you understand the significants of nutrition? Does this explain why some people can eat horribly for many years and then dye of a heart attack? Sure. It can even explain why a person can eat a decent diet with a moderate amount of nutritious foods but have a heart attack the same day. This can explain why your dad had a high blood pressure and why you have high blood pressure, probably even earlier in life. The reason is always the same. Our bodies have been fed fewer minerals over the years no matter what our diets have been, some worse than others, but its all relative. Our children will be worse off than us if we do not teach them how to get minerals and to eat a healthy diet.
