Once you know you have a hernia and it is bad enough to affect every day jobs it is best to simply have a simple surgery done. My dad went through this Hernia Surgery last year and I to make sure people understand how to prevent and also what to do for it not to reappear. If it’s a normal hernia like 95% of them there is only one method of patching it which holds… guaranteed.
