Staph Infections- MRSA and others

When a body has enough nutrition it is extremely hard for it to get a staph infection. Personally I don’t think it matters much what sort of infection it is. If the body is vulnerable which obviously the body was then he could have picked it up anywhere…. From a table at a restaurant… to a computer desk at the library. The key is he was vulnerable and the carrier may not have been… or was fighting it just fine with a good immune system.

Explanation of MRSA and other mutated Viruses

All viruses have the same enemy. The single enemy is nutrition. All harmful bacteria and viruses have several flaws. They do not like oxygen. Silver kills them on contact. Zinc stops them from replicating. Nutrition has no regard for the new mutated viruses like MRSA or Necrotizing Faceitus. Drugs on the other hand must be designed for the specific virus… I know which I would pick.

There is always a chance for any staph infection virus to turn into a highly dangerous virus whenever the body is deficient of nutrition. Many MRSA infections start in the hospital when the person is already sick. I don’t want to scare anyone but don’t assume that just because the antibiotic is working that it will keep you from getting another harsher virus. The antibiotics manage the specific virus it was designed to fight. It does not give nutrition to the body. In fact antibiotics will pull nutrition out of the body. So it would be wise to feed the body nutrition even if you are going to take the antibiotics.

Hernias - what to do and what should have been done

Once you know you have a hernia and it is bad enough to affect every day jobs it is best to simply have a simple surgery done. However, there is only one method that is successfully in the long haul of your life to come. This method is called the Shouldice (Canadian) method. My dad went through this Hernia Surgery last year and I to make sure people understand how to prevent and also what to do for it not to reappear. If it’s a normal hernia like 95% of them there is only one method of patching it which holds… guaranteed.

He is extremely pleased with how it turned out.. they only do it on Fridays and they have you walk starting that same day a little to build healing…. So by Monday they suggest returning to work! All the other methods rip out after several years.. and people dread going back to have it re-done. My dad talked to a bunch of people and they all said hold out as long as you can… it gets worse after surgery…. But then he talked to the right person… and was directed to the Shouldice method. People have been going to Canada for years to have it done… my dad heard from the Amish… in our community, then he looked into it and found it is being done here now.

 Prevention, healing after surgery and even recovering without surgery are all possible given nutrition is fed to the body.   Hernias are caused by a week vascular system… so finding out what nutrition will strengthen the vascular system appears to be wise.

Weight Loss

Weight loss/gain can have a number of components or simply one thing. This makes it difficult to achieve without understanding how the body works a whole. There is no way to fully know what component is affecting a body; so we start at the top and keep working on as many as the person is willing to do until you find what allows your body to release excess ‘energy’.

NOTE: Genes only predict the bodies tendency given that situation arises. There is great evidence that diet determines gene expression. Gene Expression is what we are after, nobody knows if they are prone to a specific disease but balancing the diet will turn it on or off…. Across the board. So a truly nutritious diet will always benefit the body. Don’t trust a statistics which says increasing a single vitamin or mineral is harmful. Everything the body needs is in balance and has everything to do with what is going into the body.

What causes the body to be over weight?

. So the question is why does the body store excess energy instead of burning it? Sugar is stored as fat by the body to be burned later as energy. Chromium for example is required by the body to pull the sugar back out of the fat and bring it into be used as energy.

Excess eating is a major cause of weight gain which would be from not eating properly. A proper diet will fill the body up and turn off the hunger quickly. One of the worst times to eat is late at night right before bed… the body doesn’t have time to burn the energy.

Weight gain can be from eating the wrong foods. By this I mean only eating processed foods, microwave dinners, overcooked foods, fast foods, bad oils and in general the White Food Group (white rice, white bread, white sugar, white potatoes, white pasta). A healthy body getting a good balance of Whole foods, fresh vegetables and fruits can handle ‘junk’ foods in moderation. This ties into over eating. When we eat the foods that are actually ani-foods which means they require more nutrition to be digested than they donate to the body we are continually putting our body in a deficit situation. This is why over eating occurs and why people snack all day. Eating correctly will donate nutrition to our body, this is our design, to acquire nutrition. Nutrition are the minerals, vitamins, amino acids and so forth. If the body is hungry then it needs these nutrients.

Funny thing is a diet full of whole foods does not really cost more. It requires more planning to prepare but we eat less when the body gets what it needs. Thus we eat less and the cost savings is reality. Paying more for fresh fruits and vegetables when considering its value has no comparison. One apple for snack would cost less than $1. One small bag of chips and a soda or coffee would cost over $2. The apple will give lasting energy the body can burn evening leaving the stomach feeling full longer. The bag of chips will convert rapidly to sugar giving a sugar rush and then hunger will set in again. The coffee has too many issues…. ok in moderation for a healthy body.

There are countless other issues that normally are all linked to improper diet that attribute to excess weight gain. The bodies job is to keep us alive. It will do this at all cost. It counts on us to feed it what it needs to go about its daily functions. Poor diet attribute to every aspect of the body. Every ability it has is direclty related to the nutrition we feed it. So if the bowels are backed up or kidney are not working properly there is always a reason for the let down. Body pH is essential, but poor diet lowers pH quickly which is an easy gage for us to see how our internal organs and body is doing.
